A fully-immersive learning experience where a group of selected undergraduate and graduate students met Italian companies, leaders in the Made in Italy business sectors, to lead the innovation of their business and productive models.
Over the month, participants worked in teams on the resolution of a real innovation challenge and received the mentorship of a unique team of experts and professors, as well as Italian entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Company visits, inspirational talks and hands-on seminars fostered the industry understanding and boosted the project works.
The c-level managers of the challenging companies meet the participants to discuss their incumbent business challenges. At the end of the week the participants are divided in project teams that will work on a specific business challenge.
Participants explore how to use design thinking as a process to better understand the problems, reframe the corporate challenges, generate ideas, and evaluate innovative solutions, using problem-based learning and radical collaboration.
This week will be highly experiential, with company visits, leading talks and mentorship sessions with faculty, business leaders and entrepreneurs. Constructive feedbacks and insights to each project will be given throughout the weeks.
Participants focus on projects finalization. Mentors and professors help participants implement visual thinking and language skills to give a final shape to the project and effectively communicate the results to the companies.
